Lloyd Bracey

Lloyd Bracey has been training journalists at ITN and in ITV regional newsrooms for a decade.
Lloyd devised and ran the writing and reporting courses in ITN's graduate training scheme for journalists. He also gave in-house training to journalists at Channel Four News.
Many of those he has trained are now presenting, reporting or producing in national or regional newsrooms across the UK.
Lloyd himself trained with the Bristol United Press before working as a sub-editor and reporter for Westward Television and its successor, Television South West.
As a reporter in the mid-1980s he covered a wide range of domestic stories for both ITN and Television South.
He subsequently joined Meridian Broadcasting where he worked as a reporter, presenter, programme producer and finally, editor of the station's south-east output.
Since then Lloyd has produced a weekly political discussion programme at Westminster and now combines regular newscasting on the ITV News Channel with training for those working on both sides of the camera.
